No, but now that I have used both cleaners, I would say the Hoover worked better than the Bissell. I did 2 rounds with the Hoover Power Scrub Elite Pet with Sunny & Honey Cleaner got the embedded cat pee smell out of the carpet. For a non-commercial machine, it has really good suction.

The difference between the two models is design and features. While the Power Scrub Elite is more compact and lightweight it does not have a ready to use hose as the Max Extract has. For upholstery cleaning, the hose to the Power Scrub Elite must be assembled onto a hose port located in the front of the cleaner.
The hand’= attachment works well on stairs and upholstery. But you may want to have someone there to the unit so it doesn’t fall down the stairs.
