Overview
When it was first released, REACT™ was the newest series of Hoover vacuum cleaner appeared on the market since late 2017. What made them different was the FloorSense™ Technology which automatically reacts to your floor type to deliver the best cleaning possible for your whole home. Hoover React upright vacuums are designed for homes with lots of traffic and pet hair.
The REACT Powered Reach Plus Upright Vacuum provides greater access and further cleaning reach without having to move furniture. It also has Hoover’s Powered Lift canister, WindTunnel Surge™, Multi-cyclonic technology, sealed allergen system and works with the Hoover App.
As with other Hoover vacuums, don’t let different model numbers for the REACT Powered Reach Premier Upright Vacuum throw you off. For example, Hoover UH73510 is one of the numbers you may see for the React Powered Reach Plus vacuum only, while UH73550PC is model number for the extended reach vacuum with Hoover’s Premier Tool Kit.

- FloorSense™ Technology – the vacuum uses micro sensors to detect the floor surfaces for automatic adjusting the brush roll speed for better results. For example, cleaning high pile carpet need a brushroll speed lower but more suction power. Hoover REACT technology will adjust these parameters itself to pick up the pet hair and large particles easier.
- Powered Lift system – allow you to detach the canister out of the stick so you can reach under furniture easily. This is similar to Shark Powered Lift Away upright units

- Hoover App – the model is connected and controlled via a phone app for optimal performance (it is just an optional because you might not need to connect an upright vacuum to a phone app)
- Sealed air system plus HEPA – this is a great filtration system which is friendly for pet owners, allergy sufferers.
- Premier Tool Kit – includes XL Crevice Tool, Dusting Brush, Flexible Dusting Brush, Baseboard Duster, Hard Floor Duster, Upholstery Tool, Powered Stair Tool, Accessory Bag.
