can it be used as a carpet cleaner
Answer: Can’t really answer that. The brushes and head height are for hardwood/tile as titled. I wouldn’t try it personally
Question: is it safe on pergo?
Answer: Should be! It’s just water that you add and your choice of cleaner. If you use the machine slowly it will take pretty much all the water of the floor. The floors only stay slightly wet for a few minutes. I’ve been using this on my laminate floors without any issues.

Answer: I am sorry I have no idea. I plug it into my regular wall plug

Answer: There is only one brush. I have used this model for about four years on ceramic tile with no scratching. I would guess not. Hope that helps.

Answer: I can’t answer about vinyl flooring, sorry, but the brushes are soft and flexible they don’t scratch or scrape the floor also liquid is suctioned up with each pass as you go over the floor

Answer: I would say it should work well. The secret of using it and having success with it is to vacuum the floor first to get up all of the stuff that accumulates there. The slot in the machine is narrow, it picks up the dirty water well, but it could get clogged if there was a lot of hair left on the floor.
Question: Can you use this to vacuum your hardwood floors before wet cleaning
Answer: I use it as stated in the manual to vacuum hardwood . then you can safely wash floor UNLESS floor is not finished, are worn or have separated joints.

Answer: I don’t have tile floors but expect that it would do well. it may not be ablet to pick up as much water in the grout lines. it should get most. the tile surface alone should clean well.

Answer: Must be solution for Hoover or Murphy’s oil soap is all I was able to use or it strips the seals

Answer: In manual it says to use Hoover hardwood floor cleaner. You can use Floor to Floor Cleaning Solution or Grout Cleaner. Do not use solvent based cleaning concentrates. Do not use any type of wax in cleaner. This is from the manual. No mention of bleach. Perhaps visit Hoover website and ask them. I love the cleaner.

Answer: Yes, I use it on linoleum!
Question: Can it be used on pergo floors? They recommend vinegar and water only.Can I use a vinegar and water solution ?
Answer: There shouldn’t be a problem with using vinegar and water in the solution dispenser. Just use the same ratio you would for a bucket of water.
