Answer: 110 outlet

Question: Do you press the button on the top of the handle (trigger) – cleaning and drying or just cleaning?
Answer: Just cleaning for extra solution.

Question: Has anyone had this unit work properly for more than 6 months? and if not, which other product would you recommend?
Answer: I couldn’t even get mine to work properly right out of the box. It’s a great concept, but the machine sucks. If you find a good replacement, let me know.

Answer: I’m sure it could be, depending on area size. I would think that it would still get the job done. If you are looking for something for a super large area in a commercial setting I would probably suggest something that’s more tailored to that.

Question: Can you use your own cleaner
Answer: You will need to check with manufacturer on that. I only use Hoover brand which does very good job.

Question: Any problems with hair or debris getting stuck or keeping mold/mildew from forming inside the machine?
Answer: No, a simple cleaning after use keeps the machine ready to go. Let the water containers dry before re-assembling and there is no mildew or mold.

Answer: Not sure but I can’t see why not it’s definitely the best mopping system I’ve found.

Answer: No this is for hard floors only

Question: Does this model require the filter some of the previous models used?
Answer: It does have a small crappy filter. Imho this thing is junk compared to the original models.

Question: can you recommend a floor washer that comes with polishing pads?
Answer: This has polishing brushes, not pads

Does it vacuum up water
Answer: Yes. It has two plastic tanks. One to put the water down to wash and the other to vaccines up what you put down to wash.

Question: If feels like the brushes don’t touch the floor much. Is that normal?
Answer: Yes, ours feels the same way and ours also broke after the 4th use. It just wouldn’t turn on when we went to use it again.

Answer: Yes it is.

Question: Would this work well on concrete floors?
Answer: Yes, I believe it would. It doesn’t work well on slate the surface is too uneven. The tanks are rather small – depending on the area that you have. I have to refill 3-4 times to do a room.

Answer: This is only a wet floor cleaner

Answer: No problem with mine. Love it!

Answer: Don’t know. I have tile floors.

Question: How much time does it take to clean a large room? I used to own the Hoover floor mate and it was such a slow process. Could I be using it wrong?

Answer: It depends on the size of the room of course. We have a 2,100 sq.ft home…every room is tiled…and it takes me about 1 1/2 hrs. to do the whole house…including the moving of some furniture. Question: I just received my cleaner but it only has one set of scrubbers that was attached .. was there supposed to be two sets ? one that is soft and one hard
Answer: According to their video on YT is says it come with both. Mine didn’t and after contacting Hoover they sent it to me. You know the squeaky wheel gets the grease.
