I’ve had two of these now and the power switch on both gave out. I like the sweeper and the long hose but man can’t they make a switch that lasts?
Answer: So far . . . so good.

Question: My husband throw out the directions. I have no idea how to put it together. Does it need to be on a wall first? Thanks
Answer: When you go to put it on the wall, be sure that there is enough room to put the inlet hose on and off (in case it ever gets clogged), and make sure that you have enough room to unclip BOTH sides of the bottom container easily. Your husband sounds like me….make him hold it up on the wall while you mark its location !!

Question: Can it be turned on/off at the end of the hose or only on the body of the vac?
Answer: No

Question: Is the filter on this model reusable or consumable? How difficult is the filter to remove and replace?
Answer: Hello, The filter is removable and washable with minimal effort. had this vac for a couple of years and still pleased with it. Hope this helps you out………

Question: Does this have a drain plug I can release the water out of easily without having to manually empty if using for wet vac mounted on a boat dock?
Answer: This was a gift for my son, he has it mounted in his garage so I would imagine it has a drain plug, all I know is he loves it.

Question: Are those dimensions (11″ x 11″ x 26″) accurate?
Answer: Yes, we’ve been very happy with Garage Pro. Great to have on hand at home.

Question: If I used this in the house to suck up scattered cat litter in the closet, would it start to smell when it’s full of litter or is the system sealed?
Answer: The smell would be the least of your problem and if you smell it, it’s airborne. You do know cat feces are responsible for many fatal diseases.

Question: Do both ends of the hose twist off to allow them to be placed on a longer 1 1/4″ hose such as a 50′?
Answer: No, only the outboard hose. The end by the vacuum has a special connector on it. It comes off easily, but does not match up a standard hose.

Question: Can additional hose be added? Or is longer hose (50 to 100 feet) available?
Answer: You can add hose with the use of a coupling

Question: Looking for a decent vac for cleaning my vents and trunk line!been looking around?is this a good one looking for good suction and a long hose
Answer: Great vacuum
