One pass technology

One pass technology is the combination of the suction power plus the brush head design to give a deep clean by the first pass.

Multi-cyclonic air system

The unit uses the multi-cyclonic system for separating the fine dust and large debris which is very efficient for the machine longevity. Multi-cyclonic technology is applied by a lot of famous manufacturers such as Dyson, Hoover, Shark, Dirt Devil…

Large dustbin plus easy empty feature

FAQs and troubleshooting of Bissell 9595A CleanView Bagless Vacuum

How does it do with pet hair?
Answer: GREAT! Picked up triple the amount of dog hair that my previous vaccuum did. Less allergies in house with this vaccuum. Only thing that gets stuck in spindle is long human hair. Clean out spindle once a wekk works awesome!

Question: Is this bagless
Answer: Yes.

Question: on manual, it says 3 settings for vaccuum: upright, middle, and lower for the handle.mine only goes upright or making it loose to vaccuum?is this normal
Answer: Hello. With the one that I have, I only have the option to go lower. I step on the pedal and the handle goes down from upright to the ground. I did find that once it’s lowered all the way down, I lost some suction. Hope this helps

Question: Which one is the next/new genaraton of this same power (12 amp) with auto cord rewind ?
Answer: There is no auto cord rewind on this model. The cord wraps around two clips on the back of the vacuum.

Question: How many amps or Watts is it?
Answer: Bissell 9595 cleanview uses a motor of 12 amps rating

Question: How can I keep the handle from constantly falling off? Mine didn’t come with a screw and it is very annoying when the handle falls off every 5 seconds
Answer: I didn’t have this issue. My husband put the vacuum together for me and there was no problem. Maybe buy a screw? Or return and get a new one. Mine works great and has been on heavy duty dog fur cleaning duty for the past few months.

Question: Difference between Bissell models 9595, 1330 and 1831?
Answer: They differ on motor power (12 amps vs 10 amps) and brush design. Bissell 1330 is a refresh from Bissell 9595.

Question: I have a dirt Devil currently but it is louder than a chainsaw, (kidding, you get my point) is this Bissell super loud?
Answer: It’s average. Not super loud but a little louder than my last one (Hoover)

Question: I live in India. Does it have any warranty in India
Answer: This machine only carries a warranty for the US, it is not designed for use internationally.

Question: Attachments included?
Answer: yes

Question: is this good for high carpets?
Answer: Yes I have thick carpets and this work really well!

Question: Can I still buy the protection plan?
Answer: I am not sure if they will give you the protection plan but I was able to when i purchased it last month.

Question: What is the suction power in airwatts? the most important thing when buying a vacuum cleaner. but nobody mentions that, it is not even in the specs.
Answer: So I read the formula for air watts and I don’t really know how much airflow it has to give you an answer. What I can say is on an old carpet 15 minutes fills the container with dust and hair and on a brand new installed carpet it takes about 20.

Question: Does this vacuum cat hair well? I have a fluffy white cat and she sheds big time.
Answer: Yes! We have two cats and it works great! It gets hair and dust you didn’t even know was there.

Question: Can the red, grey and black inner filter be hand washed?
Answer: The spongy top filter can be hand washed. The bottom filter made out of paper cannot. They recommend tapping out the dirt every month or so on the bottom filter. I imagine you could vacuum it clean also with another vacuum. I ordered replacement filters online that work great.

I’ve had this for about a year, how long does the filter at the bottom (not the washable sponge) last? I haven’t replaced it yet…
Answer:We recommend replacing that filter every six months or so, dependent on use.

Question: Is this rechargeable or u need to plug it in while using this device?
Answer: You need to plug it in. The cord, however, is long enough to handle multiple rooms from one outlet.

Question: can you remove it from base?
Answer: this machine does not have a removable pod for cleaner.

Question: Does it have a retractable cord or do i have to manually wrap it when I’m finished
Answer: this model does not have a cord rewind.

Question: How noisey is it?
Answer: Mine is fairly quiet. In fact doesn’t scare my dog like previous vacumn did.

Question: My job is maintenance for 3 flights of stairs with 2 landings. I need a lightweight vacuum with 100 ft extension cord capabilities. Any suggestions?
Answer:  you should look for a commercial upright vacuum cleaner

Question: I do not see a baseboard attachment? Does this come w/ the long, angled tip attachment for edges and corners?
Answer: Yes it does, it is stored on the back of the vacuum inside the hose extender.

Question: auto height control
Answer: no, you set it manually.
